The surprising health benefits of honeybush teas!

Honeybush is one of our favorite ingredients a teamancy - It's an african herb, very similar to rooibos, it's naturally caffeine and sugar free, best of all it has this warm honey taste. There are also a lot of health benefits to drinking honeybush.  It's high in antioxidants, including polphenols (you often hear about them in wine).  It improved bone health, by increasing bone density. We included it in our "Beau-tea" because it's supposed to have anti-aging and uv protective benefits, so it goes really well with all the other skin enhancing ingredients. Teas with Honeybush Sources: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/honeybush-tea
