Honeybush is one of our favorite ingredients a teamancy - It's an african herb, very similar to rooibos, it's naturally caffeine and sugar free, best of all it has this warm honey taste. There are also a lot of health benefits to drinking honeybush.  It's high in antioxidants, including polphenols (you often hear about them in wine).  It improved bone health, by increasing bone density.
